Preparations for this year`s Zimbabwe International Trade Fair are now at an advanced stage, as exhibitors are now putting final stages to their pavilions and stands.
The mega-event, scheduled for September 21 to 24, will be held under strict Covid-19 protocols.
Exhibitors and Conference delegates will be required to undergo either a PCR or an Rapid Antigen test and provide proof of such.
Visitors will be expected to comply with subsisting Covid 19 protocols and the Zimbabwe Republic Police will be moving arounf enforcing enforcing compliance.
To date 357 exhibitors have booked, with big companies such as Delta and Econet that had earlier pulled out due to Covid 19 fears back in the fold.
Ten foreign countries will be at the fair among which are Botswana, South, Africa, Indonesia, Kenya, DRC.
According to the organisers, exhibition space is fast running out.
ZITF is Zimbabwe`s premier business expo, together with the Zimbabwe Agricultural Show.
Both events had been affected by Covid-19 to the point of cancellation, however, due to scientific progress and better compliance with regulations, organisers have decided to continue with hosting the events.
