The 2022 Africa Cup of Nations tournament draw will be conducted tomorrow in Yaounde, Cameroon.

Zimbabwe warriors are hoping for a fair draw this time and a break from the past where they were always foisted in tough groups.

The tournament is slated for January 9 2020 to February 6.

They joined other delegates from other participating countries for pre-tournament workshops meant to equip the logistics personnel with skills, to ensure smooth running of the tournament.

They will again have a chance to tour games facilities to get an appreciation for the progress made so far.

Zimbabwe was placed in pot three together with the likes of Cape Verde, Gabon,Mauritania, Sierra Leone and Guinea-Bissau.

Participating teams were grouped in four pots.

One and two consists of African Heavyweights and Warriors are poised to meat one team from each group.

Pot one consists of the host Cameroon, Algeria, Senegal, Tunisia, Morocco and Nigeria

Pot two have the Giants Egypt, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Mali, Burkina Faso and Guinea.

Africa’s Minnows are in Pot four which consists of Malawi,Sudan, Equatorial Guinea, Comoros,Ethiopia and Gambia.
