The 2022 Zim Hiphop Awards roar into life on the 8th of December at the 7Arts Theatre in Avondale Harare and nominees for Awards include legendary, controversial but gifted chanter Alishias Musimbe aka Maskiri, one of the founding members of the genre is nominated for a lifetime achievement award.

 

Other nominees include Holy Ten, R Peels, Voltz JT, Ti Gonzi and Suhn for best male hiphop star while the Best Female category has Phreshy, Young Gemini, Kikky Badass, Shiani, Noluntu J and Millz Million.

 

Saintfloew had a great run this year with nomination in six categories. Following closely with five nominations in different categories are R.Peels and Ti Gonzi while Suhn and Leo Magozz and are up for four awards. Best Producer nominees include Domane, Lamas Ellz, ASAPH, Jon the Producer, Briss Mbada and Billie.

Tickets for the show the awards are available at Liquor Supplies Shop in Avondale, with standard tickets going for $10 with early bird VIP tickets costing $20.
