The 65th Edition of the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair(ZITF) will be held from 22 to 25 April 2025, under the theme “Industrialization : Crafting an Intergrated Economic Landscape.”
This was announced by the Minister of Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services, Hon. Dr Jenfan Muswere, at a post cabinet press briefing held on Tuesday in Harare.
ZITF 2025 is expected to be vibrant after a successful 2024 Fair that spotlighted Zimbabwe as a premier platform for impressive and high-level business networking and engagements with both local and international participants.
“The Exhibition will spotlight strategies essential to accelerate economic development and will catalyse the embracing of trade opportunities as provided by the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), ” said Minister Muswere.
The 2025 ZITF will be private sector led and the investment and export development programmes will play a central role.
ZITF 2025 suggested theme goes hand in hand with the national vision of an Upper Middle-Income Economy by 2030.
“The theme emphasises the importance of establishing a strong and competitive industrial base in Zimbabwe to drive economic growth, create jobs and enhance the country’s global competitiveness,” added Minister Muswere.
ZITF serves as a platform for showcasing technological innovations that can drive industrial growth and encourages entrepreneurship by providing a platform for new businesses to connect with potential customers and investors.
