Sudan Evacuees Arrive Today, 21 More Expected On Saturday

The first group of 44 evacuees from Sudan will arrive in Zimbabwe today while 21 others will be received on Saturday evening aboard an Emirates airline, it has been established.
In a statement on Friday, Foreign Affairs and International Trade Ministry said the 44 evacuees from Sudan will be received at the Robert Mugabe International Airport.
“The Ministry will be receiving the first group of evacuees (44) from Sudan at Robert Mugabe International Airport today (Friday) at 1700 hours and a second group of 21 on Saturday at the same time, airline and venue.
“They are arriving from Jeddah aboard Emirates Airlines,” reads part of the statement.
