Award winning film director, Sydney Taivavashe in collaboration with Ngoni Chinovava aka Baba Rah, President of Productions at Nelned Pictures, continues to make waves in the entertainment industry with an upcoming movie entitled, “Poor Cousins”.

In an interview with TateguruTV, Baba Rah, who is the Production Manager of the movie, explained that what encouraged the team to work on the film was the need to address social and cultural decay pervading society today.

“Its really sad to see many young people living a lie just to please social media. Rising cases of girl child abuse, drug abuse, and infidelity among young couples is worrying. A lot of men are sleeping with under-age girls.
These are some of societal realities that we seek to address through film,” said Baba Rah.
