Among the members of Movement for Democratic Change – Alliance (MDC-A) there are individuals who are secretly being vaccinated against their party narrative of Sinophobic attempts to discredit the choice in COVID-19 vaccine that the government made.

Job Sikhala is the latest culprit who bumped into the media at Wilkins Hospital today after getting his second jab of Sinopharm VeroCell COVID-19vaccination.

Sikhala, a senior member and most member of MDC-A came in as a private citizen to get his second jab contrary to his usual conspicuous tendencies, a rare sight for many.

The senior MDC-A member who is notorious for reckless utterances said he took the first jab last month and this was his second jab and he wanted to do it all secretly.

“I wanted to do it secretly because I did not want it to become public news, these are medical issues and medical issues are confidential,” said Sikhala.

It is hypocritical that the #CCC camp elites would base their ideology on demonizing anything from China and related to the Second Republic while they secretly benefit from the same Sino-made vaccines and government installed Vaccination programs.

The manifestation of hypocritical tendencies of the MDC-A is below other leaders of political parties in Zimbabwe who have chosen to stand with the government in fighting the pandemic.

MDC-T leader Senator Douglas Mwonzora at the launch of the second phase of the National Vaccination Programme in Victoria Falls said COVID-19 Pandemic has affected the way of life for many Zimbabweans and must not be used for political gains.

“This pandemic is both a national and international pandemic and therefore has to be completely depoliticized which is why there are political leaders here other than the political leaders of the ruling party.

We have adopted a new philosophy, a new way of doing our politics. First of all we must be guided by what is in the best interest of our people. It must be Zimbabweans first and our political self-aggrandizement second,” said HonMwonzora.

After which Senator Mwonzora and other political leaders went on to join President Emmerson Mnangagwa to take their first Chinese-made SinoVac COVID-19 vaccine jabs publicly as leaders with nothing to hide.
