Rick Ross heads to Zim

American hip-hop star and Grammy Award winner Rick Ross is set to perform in Zimbabwe.

The highly rated rapper, who is among the top names in global entertainment is set to perform in Harare on November 18, with Harare International Conference Centre as the tentative venue.
This is the first time the star will be performing on Zimbabwean soil.

The show organizers, ROAR Entertainment announced in a video shared on Instagram.
In the video, Rick Ross encourages fans to get their tickets because it’s going to be the biggest performance he has ever done.

“I am celebrating for you. You better get your tickets now. One time for the whole team. It’s the biggest boss!” Rick Ross said in a video, which has since gone viral.
Speaking on the development, show organizers said this will be an event to remember and fans cannot afford to miss it.

Rick Ross, who is also a songwriter and producer, is one of the few big American artistes to perform in Zimbabwe in recent years.
He has worked with various big artists in the music industry including Mary J Blige, Jay Z, Nicki Minaj, Meek Mill, DJ Khaled, French Montana and P Diddy among many others.

Rick Ross is also the founder of Maybach Music record label imprint which is home to well known artists such as Wale, Meek Mill, Omarion French Montana and more.

The rapper has released 19 solo albums and three compilation albums under his Maybach Music record label.
In 2006, Rick Ross released his first studio album, Port Of Miami, which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, featuring the singles, Hustlin and Push It.

Since then, the rapper’s career has grown and has seen him work with some of the biggest names in music over the years and also continues to make power moves by venturing into business such as promoting Belaire Rosé, a French sparkling wine produced in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region of the South of France, as well as publishing a book, The Perfect Day to Boss Up.
