Zimbabwean RnB singer Nyasha David has finished working on his maiden album.
Titled “Songs of David,” the project is a mix of his usual lovers content and gospel.
Sharing his cover art and tracklist for the first time today, Nyasha said;” I have two Gospel songs on the Album that i really believe will bless your spirit.”
Nyasha David slightly moved away from his usual romantic ballads with the album as it seems to be a mixed bag.
The 16th track album features other artists, the likes of Mwenje Mathole, Chipo Keisha Sande, Ian King, Tytan Skhokho, Probeatz, Dobba Don, Fusion 5 Mangwiro, to mention a few.
The Album will be released in September.
If early releases are anything to go by, the project is set to be a scorcher.
Njenjere, the hit single he released in March is also part of the album.
The song breaks with a snippet of Zimbabwean prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa’s sermon teaching on how life can change for the better with the with the guidance of the Supreme Being.
The Album was produced at Jacaranda Culture and Media Corporations (JCMC).
Nyasha David, who calls himself the Advocate of Love has been serenading local listeners with jams like Ndoda, Moyo Muti and Marianna.
