New look Beitbridge border impresses merchants of negativity

It is becoming increasingly difficult for nabobs of negativity, to remain aligned to brand as the self-evident development across the country can no longer be ignored by anyone who claims to be objective.
Tino Mambeu, a relentless Government critic and a CCC activist, was recently left speechless with one project of the Second Republic.
Mambeu, one of the organisers of the Gofundme campaign to buy CCC leader Nelson Chamisa a car, was in the country from 11 to 13 August where he had come to meet Chamisa and used the border to return to his base in South Africa.
The ardent Chamisa apologist waxed lyrical about the border post in a post titled, “Newly revamped boarder post review” on his Facebook page.
“Not bad. Even the tellers are beautiful. For a moment I thought the recruiter shares one two things with me, a sharp trained and overzealous left eye!” said Mambeu on his wall with pictures of himself at the border accompanying the post.
He further said, “The security officers are well groomed, they look amazing and thoroughly organised. Even the tours are looking better and more professional, it can be said beyond any doubt that your environment may influence how you look and feel.”
So impressed was he that he said, “Brilliant and impressive development… if I were still single- as were the case many years ago I would tell every girl ukandida ndoenda newe kubhodha rakepenga as tourists babe!”
Of the service by the responsible authorities, he gave kudos to all including even the poorly dressed police saying, “Zim boarders – great service, Zimra – no complaints, Police – great
Soldiers – I don’t know where they were yesterday.”
Michael Muswere, a ZANU PF member commenting on the post said, “Coming from you it means a lot to us. It’s like an atheist saying Amen. Shoko rinenge rapinda. When we share these things Shumba we don’t hallucinate we deliver tangibles. True genuine opposition must applaud the good and oppose on waywardness, I salute you sir spread the word.”
