Ministry of Information holds ZiG Awareness drive in Murehwa

The Ministry of Information has launched an awareness drive to inform the public about the upcoming introduction of the new Zig currency, scheduled to commence circulation this week.
In Murewa Centre on Monday, various representatives were observed distributing posters to vendors, retailers, business proprietors, and the general populace. These posters showcased the forthcoming Zig Notes denominations, ranging from $5 to $200, highlighting their security features.
Furthermore, the representatives addressed frequently asked questions from the public, receiving commendation for their efforts. Presently, numerous businesses in the town have prominently displayed these informative posters.
Murewa District appears poised and eagerly anticipates the arrival of the Zig Notes, which have now entered circulation.
