I won’t be pushed out of the Brooke – Wadyajena

Gokwe Nembudziya parliamentarian Justice Wadyajena has accused the Borrowdale Brooke Home Owners Association led by Pastor Shingi Munyeza of trying to push him out of the estate.
The BBHOA and Wadyajena have been locked in a tug of war for weeks, with some of the issues spilling into court.
Last week the High Court ruled in Wadyajena`s favour after security at Brooke had disabled his access tags.
The lengthy debacle started when some home owners made a complaint to BBHOA leadership that Wadyajena violated the estate`s regulations when he was making noise with his vehicles after midnight.
Wadyajena responded by taking them to the high court which ruled in his favour.
However, it appears there are still unsolved issues as Wadyajena wrote a scathing letter to Munyeza carrying a litany of allegations.
Wadyajena claims to have been a victim of several grave allegations perpetrated by some Trustees and BBHOA management
“I have been falsely accused of murder, my wife was falsely accused of attempted murder, my brother was physically attacked by Brooke Management, you unlawfully barred access to my properties, I have been
falsely accused of defacing Brooke property and I have been falsely accused of racing my vehicles on Brooke property,” he wrote.
Wadyajena said there is a plot to frame him as a terrible neighbour.
“Dr. Munyeza, while I have tried to believe that this constant dance between murder, illegal construction, and noise allegations is not of a personal nature, all indications are that I am a target, and that deliberate actions have been taken to silence me, to paint me as an ‘undesirable neighbor ’and ultimately to hound me out of The Brooke. Some known residents have faced very similar kinds of blatant persecution and eventually left The Brooke, but I am not most people, and I am not for turning,” he charged.
Wadyajena alleged that there is a group of people seeking to make his stay in the Brooke uncomfortable.
