Arch rivals Caps United and Dynamos FC drew one all in a Chibuku Super Cup match played at the National sports Stadium in Harare, yesterday.
Dynamos remains on top of the table in Group one with eight points, while Caps United sits on the second with Six points.

Dembare defence was breached for the first time in the tournament by Caps United’s forward Joseph Thulani in three minutes before the break, after a mix up between Dynamos goalkeeper Tymon Mvula and his defenders.

However, Dynamos did not give up and quickly restored the parity three minutes later with Barnabas Mushunje’s deflected free kick beating goalkeeper Tonderai Mateyaunga.

The teams went to the break with one goal each.

Just before the second half, Dynamos Captain Patson Jaure fell and got injured in dugout, as a result he could not continue and was immediately replaced by Sylvester Appiah.

Both teams displayed good football in the second half and made some substitutions but could not find the gate.
Caps United coach Darlington Dodo was pleased by the spirit shown by his boys.

“It was a good game played with good tempo. We adapted well. We had good moments defensively and we were good, in certain moments going forward especially on counter attacks.
I am also happy with character and the spirit demonstrated by the boys,” he said.

Tonderai Ndiraya the Dynamos gaffer said his team was disturbed by the substitution of their captain.

“The substitution disturbed us a little but iam happy Sylvester Appiah came in,stabilised things at the back, as he continued from where the captain had left.”
Jaure is said to have recovered and is now in good health.
