D’banj lands in Zimbabwe, praises President Mnangagwa

Award winning, Nigerian singer and rapper, D’banj landed in Harare today.
D’banj born Oladapo Daniel Oyebanjo is one of the most decorated African singers who has won several music awards including, Best African Act at MTV Europe Music Awards, Artist of the Year at MTV Africa Music Awards, Best International Act-Africa at BET Awards, Best-selling African Artist at the World Music Awards amongst other.
D’banj’s visit comes as a great endorsement for Zimbabwe as a tourist destination. Bloomberg recently ranked Zimbabwe among the top 24 destinations in the world.
Speaking to reporters on his arrival at the Robert Mugabe International Airport, he said,”My last visit to Zimbabwe was over a decade ago. I literally just came here to bond with my people. We have so many projects that I’m working on. We are doing a feature, Nigeria and Zimbabwe, music.”
He even joined Passion Java on a chant expressing his love for Zimbabwe and the President of Zimbabwe, Emmerson Mnangagwa saying, “ Three Bossa for ED, Bossa, Bossa, Bossa.”
